Using ExternalIds with CSV imports
How do you (or can you) use a record's external id for a record reference when importing a custom record type via csv?
For example, I have a custom record type that has a record/list field of Items that is a parent field. How do I have to specify the Item? Can I use the item's external id? If so, how do you do it.
I tried setting the Item using my id and got the following error:
Invalid custrecord5 reference key p2065.
