Import Issues

I am trying to import a CSV file as a test for a massive upload I'm planning to do next week. I'm running into a number of issues, though:

1. The contacts are not connecting to the customers, even though they're supposed to link by company name. The new contacts aren't even being added to the database, but the customers are.

2. Even though the address field is filled in and mapped, it's not showing up in the customer record.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
