Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
User Event Vs. Scheduled - One works, the other doesn't.
I am using the transform record function to create zero value invoices from a sales order, so that the we can see raise cases on Serialised inventory items sold to end users, that are ordered from a dealer.
I could not get the user event script to work, it keeps coming up with:
Script: create_end_user_invoices Error: SSS_MISSING_REQD_ARGUMENT nlapiSubmitRecord: Missing a required argument: record
I have tried catching the error after the submitting the transformed record, but that does not return anything either. I have also tried referencing the nlobjRecord, but there is nothing there.
