Is there a way to gettext from a select field using loadrecord?
I am traversing through a bunch of records to make status field changes using a server-side scheduled script. For reporting purposes, I want to loop through and grab the before and after text values in the list (so I don't need to hard code the text for the select fields in case they get changed).
For example:
1. Search for statuses of a certain type.
2. Loop through found records and load each record individually
3. Inspect the loaded record for certain criteria.
4. Grab current status text value. (how???)
5. If criteria is met, set the status to a new defined value based on the status list ID (value).
