list of contacts for a customer

hi everyone,

Probably a very simple one... but I hope someone out there can help me...

I need to extract a list of contacts for a particular customer and populate a drop down list box with the names of all the contacts for the customer chosen in the company.

I have a custom field for the list of contacts called cust_contacts
I am using the company field to source the list of the companies from the system.

Netsuite has told me I cant do this via sourcing and filtering... if there is any code snippets  on how to do such a task it would be greatly appreciated.
