Database like Trigger Avail?

Hello everyone. NOt sure if this is the right forum but I'll try anyway.
Has anyone tried to update field on record type based on update on field of another record type?

I have pardot related custom field called pi_grade, pi_score, and etc.

When it syncs with contact record and update pi_grade, i want to update pi_grade field on Lead record.

Is this possible without writing scheduled job?
