Best Way to Filter a Drop Down List Based on Selection for Another Field

Hi,

I need to filter a (drop-down/select) list of Service Items by the Client:Project selected on the Weekly Time Tracking form? That is, if Client:Project=ABC, then I only want certain service items to be available from the drop-down list. 

Would anyone be willing to share the best method for accomplishing this?
