Getting Type error on saverecord function
So i have added in a save record function into an existing script. The function is simply suppose to check if a line item is missing a department. I have the logic to see if this is true but keep getting teh following error: TypeError The value of the property 'onSaveRecord' is null or undefined, not a Function object.
Below is the code i have which im unsure why im getting the error hopefully someone can see what im missing, im wondering if the department field can not be used in this type of fucntion...
function saveRecord(){
var itemCount = nlapiGetLineItemCount('item');
