Sourcing contacts for Partners

I built a custom record for managing contracts as a child of Customer records. One of the fields of this custom record is Customer Contact. I wanted only the contacts assigned to the customer selected to pop up in the list so I did the following:

Field Type: List/Record
List/Record: Contact

Sourcing & Filtering
Source List: Customer
Source Filter By: Parent

Doing this gives me only contacts for the current Customer selected. Exactly what I was looking for. Now I want to create another custom record for managing contracts as a child of Partner records and do the same (have only the contacts assigned to the specific partner selected pop up.) I did the following:
