Anyone created a new record and restricted access to individuals
I have created a new custom record and would like to only allow a small number of individuals access to it.
I want to be able to specify the individuals, who are spread amongst various roles, and allow them to see the new record from any role they are logged in to.
I know I could setup a new custom role and only allow these individuals to access it, but I want to make it as simple as possible.
At the moment, I can create search and dashboard lists which only these people can see, but I need to make the record available to them first, and when I choose 'permissions' on the custom record it allows anyone in those roles access to the records, irrespective of the settings I have made in the search/lists.
