Permission Viewing issue on custom record and Customer Center
I have a custom record linked parent/child to the case record (case is parent). There is a tab under the case for the list of custom records attached to the case.
Internally, everything show up. I can add a new custom record and it displays in the list on the case.
I want the customer to be able to view this. I was able to make this happen last week in a quick test. Now, for some reason, no matter what I set, the customer can not see this. When they open the case in the customer center, they see the tab but nothing under it, even though there are several custom records attached to this case.
