custom record in employee or sales center

i have created a custom record with few fields i want to link this to employee and sales centers, so my sales person and employees can access and fill this form.

i gone through links tab and selected ceneters and selected section as opportunity and category as transactions.

but when i login as sales rep or employee center i am not able to see that uncder the section i haev linked.


can anyone advice me what i am doing wrong
