So I have created a custom record attached to the project records for our company. We currently use a mail merge to export various field data to a word document that is used for on site production files. Due to the nature of our projects, we have a large variation in the number of dates with information that could be attached to the project. Rather than create separate fields for each and every plausible event, I just created a custom record that encapsulates the basic data for every possible event and was allowing people to attach those to the project
