web form to be attached to opportunity after submit
I have a customer record > online form.
i have linked this to Opportunity under a custom tab.
I need to send this form to customer via email.
When customer clicks on link in email, it opens and when they fill it and submit, it will back to that Opportunity and attached to that.
it is something like we capturing additional information from customer on that opportunity.
we don't want to publish this in customer center as we don't want to let them login to submit.
Please advise how can we send forms and get them attached to opportunity when they submit.
