Adding a Selection to the "Discount" Field on Sales Orders

I'd like to add a few more selections to the "Discount" drop-down on the "Items" tab of sales orders....

I've tried to locate some "go here...do this" information in order to add addl options....

There is currently a "Partner Discount" option there, however, I have no clue where it's getting that from...


Any help would truely be great!
