Remove Tax Total on Quotes

How can I prevent the tax totals from printing on quotes.

I have customized the transaction forms and transaction pdf forms by unchecking tax from the footer, but it still prints the tax.

Also, have tried unchecking total so that only sub-total is printed, but as soon as total in unchecked then sub-total is also unchecked automatically.

I just want a clean quote with no taxes displayed.
