How to always use default entry/transaction forms for a role
Hi,
We have different Customer entry forms based on the role of the user (eg. Support, sales, order entry). This is intended to help control the information that is exposed and presented to the user and to make the information they most need more accessible (different tab orders, exposed fields, etc.).
However, when a customer record is accessed it is always displayed based on the form that the entity record was last saved with. This means that if a customer support rep saves a customer record that layout will be presented to the Order Entry rep when they access the customer in the future.
