Adding a disclaimer / text box to a payment voucher

I am trying to customise the PDF layout of a standard payment voucher to include a piece of text at the bottom that reads "payment will be made into your account in 3 days"

The idea is that suppliers then know when they should expect to receive the money.

However, I can't figure out how to do it.

I have tried adding the text into the disclaimer field when customising the transaction form but none of the standard payment voucher PDF templates have the disclaimer showing.

Can anyone tell me how to 'turn on' the disclaimer on a PDF template or how i can get a standard bit of text showing?
