Customising a lead survey form to allow update of suspect address
Hi All,
As part of our sales process our sales staff conduct a phone survey with new leads in order to qualify them for our services. We have setup the survey as a new record which links back to the lead record as outlined in the netsuite documentation.
As part of that phone call, however we also check the lead's address details which may need to be updated on the fly. Currently to do this our sales staff need to go back into the lead (customer) record, click edit, click the address tab, edit the address, click add/edit, save the record and then reopen the customer survey to continue on with the survey questions.
