How to remove the "Plus" sign for a Custom Field (List)

Hi - I have built a Custom List and associated it with a custom field at the Entity level.

On the field, there is a "Plus" sign that allows the user to input a new value into the List and we do not want this to happen.

How to you set the Custom List and/or Custom Field so that you only can select from the populated values?
