Type selection determine subtype options?
We use cases for a lot of internal needs, and the various departments all want different subtypes for cases for reporting and routing purposes. I have added a subtype field to the case form, but it's a rather long list since it shows all options for all case types.
Is there a way to have the subtype list only show options for the selected type? For example, if I select type is 'tech support', I only want to see the subtypes 'pre-sales', 'post-sales', 'warranty'.
