Avoid duplicates in search results

If you select "Group" for the Summary Type on the results tab; you then can't select your saved search when creating a Group.

So what else can I add to my Criteria to remove duplicate email addresses???

What I am trying to avoid is sending an email campaign to the same person for each time their email address is listed.
