What I'm looking for is a list of Cases and want to include the date of the most recent Event completed (if applicable--in some cases there won't be an event associated with it). Furthermore, the "Event" I'm interested in displaying is for a particular type only (called "Event-Eval" in the example below).
I want to stay away from Grouping because we use direct list editing on the results... and grouping causes us to click away from the list too frequently. This is a highly interactive results list and direct list editing is essential.
I currently receive a list that has multiple lines for the same Case because it returns a separate line item for every Event on the customer's account. The results currently look like this:
