Uploading data into a LIST

Not sure if this has been asked before.

I have a list of codes with a few hundred lines in .csv file. I want to create a List in NS. Is there any way that I can perform an upload into the list or workaround? I can do data entry but it would be very tedious.

Is there any enhancement requested for such as this? If no, how do I raise an enhancement?
