Create a Hyperlink in a Saved Search

I have a client who would like to easily access a file attached to a vendor record by clicking a hyperlink in the list view. I'm able to get a URL into the list view but how can I convert it to a hyperlink? Here is my formula for the URL:

NVL2({file.url}, CONCAT('https://system.netsuite.com' , {file.url}), '')

Any ideas?
