Customer Search by Area Code or Partial Zip
I have Sales Reps asking me to create a report that lists their customers by area code and/or by the first three digits of Zip Code. They want to use this for referrals of existing customers when talking to Prospects.
In the past I have done this by exporting the Customer List to Excel and manipulating the data, then subtotalling by the area code or trimmed Zip.
Is there a way to build a Saved Customer Search of only part of a data field string? I'm still a little green when it comes to Search capabilities.
