Date of First Sale / Order???
What does NetSuite consider to be the first 'sale' or 'order' when searching using the filter 'Date of First Sale' or 'Date of First Order'?
I've pulled a list of our customers and displayed this field in the results, and I can't find any rhyme or reason to what constitutes the first sale/order. For instance, I have one customer who has invoices and sales orders from 1/1/2007, but it lists the date of first sale as 5/20/2008. The only trend I can see is that the transaction dated 5/20/2008 is the first invoice or cash sale that was actually created in NetSuite (as opposed to being imported using CSV or webservices), but there are plenty of other invoices prior to that one.
