Escalated Cases Email Reminder
Sometimes we escalate issues/cases in Netsuite to external companies to help fix/deal with the issues. We have set them up as employee with email address so that we can escalate issues to them.
What we're trying to do is send weekly email reminder to the escalatees but I don't think it is possible to do this from a saved search.
Under the recipient from results tab we have assigned to recipient field and I tried using employees: email but they are the same thing. I can't send these emails to the escalatees.
Anyone has maybe tried to do this before and is there maybe a workaround that I can use?
