Customized Lead Auto-Reply Email

Hopefully what I'm trying to do here is possible and this is the best approach for this.

Trying to send auto-reply email that is dependent on the new lead's location.
Lead from state A would get email with opportunities from state A and so on.

This is the setup that I have:

CRITERIA
Status - Lead 1.0 New Enquiry

RESULTS - not used

EMAIL
Send email when records are created/updated - checked
Recipient from results - email
And i am using customize message.

I have about 7 different email for each state.
I have tested this solution and it actually works great.
