Scheduled Emailing Saved Search Questions
Hello!
I'm writing this post because i need to figure out how to implement a situation like this: sending an email to a customer after an exact period of time has passed since the case has been created.
For example, if i would like to send an email to a customer in 24 hours (or maybe less or more) after his case has been created, would this work with a saved search that also has the send email functionality? How does the "Send Email When Records are Created/Updated" checkbox work in this situation? Does it somehow insert the email in a queue?
