Customer Search by Item

We have created this search that tells us which customers ordered a specific item over the past year.  It is pulling from each transaction, the problem with this is that is it showing duplicates.  Does anyone know how I change the search so that is doesn't show the same customer with the same item multiple times?

Sorry if I am not explaining this right, let me know if anyone can help.
