creating saved search - days in current opportunity status
I'm trying to create a saved search that links opportunities to system notes.
The list will show how long an opportunity has been in its current status.
This seems to be a standard field generated in most CRM systems, but apparently it's not here.
What am I missing here?
Opportunity Search
Criteria:
- Sales Rep
- System notes: field Description is Entity Status
- Formula (Numeric) Description is 0 Formula CASE {entitystatus} WHEN {systemnotes.newvalue} THEN 1 ELSE 0 END
- Opportunity Status (Select)
Results:
- Sort By: Customer
Fields: Number, Customer (Summary Type: Group), Title (Summary Type: Group), Opportunity Status (Summary Type: Group), System Notes: Date (Summary Type: Maximum), System Notes (Summary Type: Maximum)
