Custom Record Case Calculcation

Hello All!!

I have a custom record that is tied to a case and this custom record gets created whenever we need to follow up on a case.  Note, we could have more then 1 custom record per case depending on how many times we need to follow up.

So I'm trying to create a search that gives me a total cases per customer and then display how many and/or what percentage of those cases do not have a this custom record and how many do have this custom record.

I've created a Case search with no Criteria and in the Results I have:
