Inline Editing / Direct List Editing problems with certain Record Types

Just want to share with folks that I couldn't for the life of me get DLE / Inline Editing working with fields that should be editable on my assemblies.  When I would switch the item list view to inventory item - worked fine.

Interim solution is to change the preferred custom form for Assemblies back to the standard form.  Now I can inline edit on that same list view.

Not sure why that was causing the problem - I don't have any scripts running on my custom Assembly form. 

But thought this may be helpful...
