Average time to first phone call
I am trying to create a KPI that would return the average time it takes to create the first phone call for each customer. Is this possible?
Example:
Customer A was created at 12:00 pm, and the 1st phone call for the customer was created at 1:00 pm the same day (took 1 hour to create the first phone call).
A 2nd phone call was also created for Customer A at 1:30 pm.
Customer B was created at 12:00 pm, and the 1st phone call for the customer was created at 3:00 pm the same day (took 2 hours to create the first phone call).
