event and "no match" error and window lock-up
Hi
I'm attempting to include a non-customer and non-employee contact onto an event.
The lookup returns the name of the person all right, but then spits up an error message stating "no match" - whatever that means.
Then the window that has received the error pretty much locks up. Can't save the record, can't do much of anything. I have to bring up that screen again via the menus.
Two questions from this -
1 - why can't I attach a non-employee and non-customer contact?
2 - is the screen lockup a bug?
