Can I sync an Outlook public folder with NS?

My client has a public calendar called Marketing, and they use it to add all marketing-related events so all employees can see the marketing calendar.  Can this calendar be synchronized with NS?  If so, what is the best methodology to do this?  Does a user need to pick this calendar as their own?  Can a user sync more than one calendar?

If not, does adding a resource to NS called Marketing allow this functionality to continue to work?  Does the resource sync with Outlook?
