Upgrading from NS for Outlook 2 to 3

Hello;

Currently we're using Outlook 2.0 but it looks like our days with that software are now numbered. I am looking at the possibility of upgrading to 3.0 but have some questions for the community before diving in;

[*]Can NetSuite for Outlook 3.0 be tested on the Sandbox?
[*]If not, can NS for Outlook 2 & 3 be used on production at the same time?
[*]Any major pitfalls that I should be aware of moving from 2 to 3?  OS/Outlook restrictions?
