Netsuite/Outlook Sync Deleting Events from Outlook Calendar

One of my users is experiencing this problem when syncing some events from Outlook to Netsuite.  He can add an event to his Outlook Calendar and then after the next sync with Netsuite, the event disappears. The events do not show up in Netsuite and they are deleted from his Outlook calendar.  It appears to be happening only for events that have multiple recurrances and not every time.  Has anyone ever seen this before?
