Ok so I know there are issues with Data Protection and users rights but the Unsubscribe flag on contacts and customers seems not very friendly.  Firstly the defualt is that a new entity is Unsubscribed (I have found away round this using custom code) but I now have a number of contacts with Unsubscribed set to false (added before I relaised) and for whom I have various notes etc. that I do not want to loose.  How do I get them set to receive marketing emails (they have told me they want them) there must be away.  I have tried
