Client can't view JPEG in the filing cabinet even though "available without login"

edited Nov 22, 2019 4:55PM in CRM 3 comments

Hi,

I have a JPEG file in my filing cabinet that I want clients to be able to view.  I have uploaded the JPEG and have ticked the 'availabe without login' box.

However, my clients still can't use the URL to see the file.

I am able to recreate the problem if I delete all my files / cookies in Internet Explorer and then try to view the file myself using the URL.

The URL is https://system.netsuite.com/core/media/media.nl?id=7822amp;c=623926&h=3b39a2b65eb7c6af82cc

Is it possible for me to make this available for clients to view?

Howdy, Stranger!
