Campaigns Not Going Out, Issue 153784

I have scheduled a campaign to execute to 10,600 customers but the campaign says "scheduled to execute" with an execution date in the past.

I've tried creating a new group. I DO have a marketing domain and DKIM set up.

After filing a case with support I was advised of Issue # 153784 ("Lists>Marketing>Campaigns>Email Campaigns are not sent to the target groups")  with an SLT of 60 days.

The problem is I have some promotional codes that expire in 10 days (they are for an outside company called jott.com so the expiration date is beyond my control).

Has anyone else experienced the issue above and if so, were you able to come up with a workaround?
