Multiple addresses for Mail Merge and campaigns?
Currently in Netsuite, there seem to be the capability of only specifying one email address in the customer record which is the default for mail merge and campaigns. That same email address is also used for invoices, payments, statement mailout.
Is there a way that I can specify which email address of a customer receives the transaction emails and campaign mails and which email address receives the sales type mailout?
All our customers have different person in charge of sales and accounting and we often receive response telling us to send a particular type of mail to a different contact at a different email. Who has a workaround for it?
