Send Survey Email to Customer twice a month?
I've created and tested a customer survey online form. The survey is a custom record. I'm trying to figure out the best way to send this as it appears like there may be several methods. Based on the suiteanswers guides for creating a customer survey, the last step of sending out the survey via email merge operation or a marketing campaign ( https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9419 ). It also seems like you can create a scheduled email saved search, and netsuite support told me you can do this via suiteflow but they can't help me with that.
