For campaigns that are not email-based, how do you import the results of such campaigns?  For instance, if we to track users that attended a particular event, can we upload a list of contacts or customers along with a response of 'purchased' for a particular campaign event?  For instance, our annual user conference? 

Also, I noticed sometimes campaigns show up at the customer level, and sometimes the contact level.  How is that?  I see contacts for a particular customer that received a campaign, but the customer shows no campaign activity.
