Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Sales Rules pass off from status
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Sceanario: Online customer leads and new leads entered within netsuite are handled within an internal sales department. They weed out whats good and then would hand off the good leads to another sales department to close the deal.
I got the online form to source via a sales rule to the internal sales department no issue. By default creating new record will default to the sales rep entering in the initial lead- no issue.
Now, when that internal sales department has worked the lead and they want to convert to a prospect, I want to be able for the next rule to kick in which is to use sales rule two which is auto assign the lead to the other sales department team members based upon updating the customer status to prospect-
