Booking Resoures - Best Practices

<p>We are looking for best practices on resource booking and reporting.A  Currently we assign generic users to projects that are in our pipeline and when the project closes we swap those generic resources with actual resources.A  Does anyone use this type of resource booking?A  And if so, what reports do you use to forecast future resource requirments?A  We want to be able to go to our Exec team and say, if all these projects close we are going to need "x" FTE's to make them happen.A A </p><p>A </p><p>A </p>
