Fixing a user cost for a period of time

Dear forum users,

My company is new to OpenAir and we are currently setting up all our projects and resources into the system.

I have a very simple question: By default in the system, you can set a certain user's cost only per hour. I do not see possibilities to set a fixed cost per user per day/month (e.g. I know that a Consultant XYZ will cost me only 1000 EUR this month). How can I achieve this behaviour ?

I tried to find an answer myself looking through the forums and documentation, but did not succeed.
