Custom Fields to Create a Weighting Calculation for Project Assignment to Professional Services Reso

Hi -

Our organization uses OpenAir (OA). I'm looking for guidance on how to use custom fields, or other OA functionality, to create calculations to assign weights to projects. The ultimate goal would be to assign unique weights to each project type we deliver to more accurately assign projects to our services Project Managers (PMs). We suffer from over allocated PMs and this would provide better metrics and project assignment processes. Thank you for any input on this topic. Please also ask any questions that will help clarify this post.
