Bookings: Updating Scheduled Hours to Actual Hours Worked in an Automated Fashion
Hi -
Our company drives professional services revenue forecasts from the bookings in OpenAir. The problem with this is our company also has a hard time keeping bookings accurate in OpenAir. Does anyone have a solution to update scheduled bookings to the actual hours worked on a weekly basis? I'm thinking there could either be a custom script out there to do it or timesheet form settings we don't know about in OpenAir itself.
Example:
A consultant is booked to work 40 hours for the week of 12/10. However, the consultant actually only works 20 hours that week. Is there an automated way to update that weeks booking to the 20 hours and thus keeping the revenue forecast accurate?
